Founded by Cecelia Elliott, the studio was built on a passion for helping clients feel radiant, prepared, and truly seen in their biggest moments. With a background in dance and performance, Cecelia understands exactly how to highlight movement, expression, and stage presence in a way that translates beautifully both onstage and on camera.
Our services are focused exclusively on photography. While Gloss & Glow Studio is also the home of our independently owned makeup label, we do not offer hair or makeup services, cosmetology services, or any chemical treatments. All sessions are designed to create a polished, camera-ready result through lighting, posing, and creative direction—ensuring every client leaves with images that feel as confident and powerful as they look.

Hi, I’m Cecelia Elliott, the owner of Gloss & Glow Studio!
I grew up immersed in dance and pageants, learning firsthand what shines under bright lights and long performance days. That passion inspired me to create my own professional makeup line and build Gloss & Glow Studio, where I specialize in capturing confidence, beauty, and unforgettable moments through photography.
In addition to running Gloss & Glow Studio, I’m a dance teacher and backstage manager for multiple pageants, so I truly understand the magic—and the pressure—of big moments. Every session is designed to make you feel radiant, prepared, and completely yourself, all while highlighting your best features in a polished, camera-ready way.
