Gloss & Glow Studio Appointment Policies & Legal Scope

• Full payment is due as specified in your service package.

• Appointments are scheduled for the specific client and date only and are non-transferable. Services spanning multiple days or special requests must be arranged directly with Gloss & Glow Studio.

• Clients must arrive on time; delays may affect the session and cannot be compensated.

• All equipment and products used for photography sessions are sanitized and safe; however, Gloss & Glow Studio is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

• Gloss & Glow Studio specializes in professional photography and operates under a Certified Spray Tan Technician license (NSTPA), an EIN, and ownership of a personal makeup line. No cosmetology services—including hair cutting, coloring, chemical treatments, or makeup application on clients—are offered.

Booking a session constitutes acceptance of these terms.
